We are very selective in who we choose to invite into one of our training programs. Each training candidate is selected based upon his / her entrepreneurial inclination. This leads to a low program drop-out rate (currently at 6.5%) and a high attendance rate (between 85 and 90% on average per day). This selection also means that the learners want to be on the course, want to learn, and therefore are highly committed to and participative in the learning process.

We know that not every person is an entrepreneur. In fact, we would estimate that around 60% of any community members would not be able to become successful entrepreneurs. They may be good candidates for work as an employee, but they are not good candidates for starting and operating a profitable business.

With training we have been very successful in assisting this group of people to discover their latent entrepreneurial talent and potential they have. We help the students to recognize this talent and to use it to start a business of their own.
